Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Original packaging and tags are intact

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Hygiene or intimate items (if applicable)

How to request a return

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

• Photos, if the item is defective or damaged

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
